Joanna was a rock star! She made the process painless even though I was out of state and had to provide signed documents. She patiently explained and talked through options, always had time for a phone call, and kept on top of me about getting stuff to her, even if she had to remind me repeatedly. Patient, professional, knowledgeable and all around a fantastic agent! (She even reminded me to write this review. And if that’s not follow through to the very end, I don’t know what is.) I know that she genuinely cared about what worked for me and it showed! I honestly can’t recommend her or thank her enough.
