When I decided to rent my house, I did not know much about the process, besides, things look easier than they really are. In reality, every landlord would like to have good responsible renters who will not damage the property, will pay on time and rent long term. This is easier said than done, and everyone would be very lucky to have someone as knowledgeable and experienced as Joanna. She has helped me to stay calm thru out the entire process. Joanna was always available to answer all my questions, and she had always picked up her phone when I called. Also, she worked hard to find renters by calling and making appointments with people who were interested in looking at my house. The entire process of finding the right renters took some time and effort and Joanna was very supportive and always on time.
