We were unsure how to go about buying a house not only because we were first time buyers but also because we are fairly new to the Denver area which made picking the right neighborhood pretty daunting. Having Joanna at our side along the way was more helpful than we ever thought it would be. She was extremely knowledgeable about everything related to home buying and helped us make informed decisions as we looked at different homes and neighborhoods. We found a home that was perfect for us with the help of Joanna and the process was actually far easier than we ever imagined it would be. We truly couldn’t be happier with our new home!
